The challenge
Staff on rotating shifts across many client sites, paper timesheets and reports arriving late. The group had to meet Spain's legal working-time record and prove to every client that patrol rounds were done.
What we built
We built a multi-company back office for HR and operations: clients, sites, quotes, invoices, announcements and e-signatures.
Staff use an iOS and Android app with their shifts, GPS clock-in compliant with Spanish labour law, patrol tracking, signed reports, payslips and leave requests.
People without a smartphone clock in with a PIN on shared tablets in kiosk mode, paired from the back office.
