1. What cookies are

Cookies are small data files that a website places on your computer or mobile device when you visit it, to remember information between pages or between visits, such as your preferences. They can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (kept until they expire or you delete them), and first-party (set by the site you visit) or third-party (set by another company through that site).

Similar technologies exist, such as browser local storage (localStorage), which stores data on your device without sending it to the server with every request.

2. Why we do not ask for consent

The Site only uses storage to remember preferences you expressly choose: theme and language. The law exempts from consent cookies that are necessary to provide a service you have requested, including personalization cookies you choose yourself (Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services, Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, and the AEPD's Guide on the use of cookies).

We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or cross-site tracking cookies. If we ever add one that requires consent, we will ask for it before using it and update this policy.

3. Cookies and storage we use

• lang · first-party cookie · 1 year. Remembers the language you choose in the language switcher so the Site is shown in that language on your next visits. Personalization requested by you, exempt from consent.
• theme · first-party local storage · until you delete it. Remembers whether you prefer the light or dark theme. It is never sent to the server. Personalization requested by you, exempt from consent.

Neither contains data that identifies you or is used for any other purpose. The Site sets no other cookies.

4. Cookieless analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, our hosting provider's statistics and performance services, to see how many visits each page receives and how fast it loads. They do not use cookies or any storage on your device, do not store personal data and do not track you across websites: they only show us aggregated, anonymous figures.

5. Third-party resources

Fonts are served from our own domain: we make no calls to Google Fonts or other font services.

Fonts and all images are served from our own domain, so while browsing the site your browser does not connect to third-party servers that could set cookies or track you.

6. How to manage them

• On the Site: you can change the theme and language at any time with their buttons; the stored value updates immediately.
• In your browser: you can view, block and delete cookies and local storage for any site. Instructions are in each browser's help pages (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
• If you block or delete them, the Site will keep working, but it will not remember your theme or language between visits.
• Third-party images: most browsers and extensions let you block images or specific domains from loading.
